My experience with Next Generation Water & Fire Restoration was excellent. It is a nice family owned business. Everything was easy. Christine who booked the appointment was accommodating. She was able to schedule Travis the very next day to fix my front door since Tuesday was my only day off. Travis called in the morning to confirm he was on his way. Great Service! Travis was prompt, pleasant and friendly. He fixed my door immediately. I highly recommend you give Next Gen a try!

These guys were great. I had a ridiculously heavy motorized couch on a steel frame that I needed gone ASAP. Need, date, and time was confirmed through yelp's messages. The next day I received a phone call confirming all of the information again, and letting me know that they actually had availability a few days earlier than they originally said, which was PERFECT. They showed up on time, and were very good natured and polite, even though my couch was still heavier than expected and my apartment stairs suck. Pricing was extremely reasonable, especially given all of the obstacles they had to overcome. They were even really kind to my non-verbal special needs son. I really appreciated that, since he seems to get a ton of stares. Very good experience, and will definitely recommend them to anyone.

Travis and Daniel were such a huge help! My 4 year old was leaning back on a chair and it fell into the wall creating a huge hole. I reached out to Next Generation and had a response within 15 minutes. Travis came out and gave me an anffordabl estimate and they were able to complete the work quickly and efficiently. My wall looks as good as new! I will definitely be using them for any handyman needs I may have in the future. So glad I hadnâ t thrown the door hanger on my front door out yet, like I usually do. Found myself some gems that I can use from here on out! Highly recommend.

I have actually used next generation in the past they have always been my go to handyman and home repair choice for the many properties I host on Airbnb in north county and the go to for my clients listings as we prepare them for sale. I use them because my clients have always been happy with not only the excellent work they do but also their customer service they're very dependable, honest, thorough, and when it comes to making payments, it is a seamless process.

We had to replace damaged cabinets, NG was very helpful in advising the purchase of new materials, which they also assembled and installed for us, plus hauled away the old materials, all for a very reasonable flat fee. Fantastic service and responsiveness, would definitely recommend.
